Yes! We recommend a team size of at least two people, but this is not neccessary. A co-founder matching event will also be offered as part of the kickoff.

Yes and no. For the most part, you can participate online, as GROW workshops and events will be streamed. However, you must be present in Karlsruhe for the final.

GROW is made for young teams at the very beginning of their journey. We aim to have at least one student per team, however exceptions may be granted. If you want to be part of GROW but are not sure if it’s the right place for you, just chat with us!

Our Buddies (including the Orga-Team) will help you regarding organizational issues and are going to be your first-hand contacts for any questions or issues. Our Mentors are experienced founders and will help you launch your business. Please note that mentors have limited time. So prepare for the meetings or contact the buddies first. Our Experts have specific expertises in their fields but not necessarily in founding. Feel free to contact them if you have specific questions.

Absolutely! You don't need an idea to participate in GROW, you can come up with your idea using inspiration from a workshop or join a team with an exisitng idea.
